1. Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable in all cases once registration and payment have been completed.
2. Tournament Entry Fees
The Company may consider partial or full refunds only in the following cases. A refund request must be submitted with supporting documents at least 7 business days before the tournament date.
- 2.1 Rufund under Medical Reasons
- The applicant is unable to participate in the activity/tournament due to serious illness or accident.
- Required documents: A medical certificate issued by a hospital or an organization-approved hospital, clearly stating the date and recommended recovery period.
- 2.2 Force Majeure
- Death of the applicant or an immediate family member (father, mother, spouse, or child).
o Required documents: A copy of the death certificate or official confirmation of death.
- Public disasters or natural calamities that prevent travel to the tournament venue.
o Required documents: Relevant supporting evidence (e.g., official disaster area announcements).
- 2.3 Cancellation or Significant Changes by the Company
- The Company cancels the tournament or related services.
- The Company makes significant changes to the date, time, or venue of the tournament, and the applicant is unable to attend on the revised schedule.
3. Refund Request Procedure
- 3.1 Submission: Submit the refund request along with all required documents via email to [email protected] within the specified timeframe.
- 3.2 Review: The review committee will evaluate the request within 7 business days after receiving complete documentation.
- 3.3 Notification & Refund Processing: If approved, the Company will process the refund through the original payment method (transaction fees may apply) within 30 business days from the approval date
4. Additional Terms & Limitations
- - Refunds may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 10% of the paid amount, depending on the timing of the cancellation.
- - Refund requests based on personal reasons—such as urgent personal matters, work commitments, travel plans, or change of mind—will not be considered.
- - Transfer of participation rights (for golf tournaments) may be permitted, subject to prior notification and approval by the organizing committee at least 3 business days in advance, and payment of a transfer fee.
